District 13 is one of the districts of the nation of Panem and it specializes in nuclear warfare.

District 13 was once a district of a place known as Panem. It was located on the northeastern side of what was once America. However a war between the capital and the districts broke out. 12 of the districts were defeated. Sadly, The 13th was obliterated.
